Most people have heard of the new discoveries that if you want to improve your overall health and wellbeing of trying to connect at least 10,000 steps per day. This may sound like a lot to many of us and can be a bit unrealistic to achieve. However, like so many other things if biting small pieces, it is easier to do the job. No need to go into a gym bag and head to the gym, where you have to be chained to the treadmill to reach your goal.
