The unconscious cause of your problems

As you already know , you can have all the motivation in the world to solve your problem , but it will be in vain without the right tools for transformation.

Most people recognize their problems with their symptoms - pain, depression , relationship problems , lack of money , obesity , anxiety , etc. . After years of research and experimentation with different therapeutic modalities that I realized that you can settle the problem only working on your case . And the cause of most problems is a traumatic or toxic matter with a member of your family. To troubleshoot the cause of your problem , you have solved the problem, and this can be done in the first session.

Many contemporary therapeutic systems work with the idea that the release of emotions or unwanted beliefs is the end of the therapeutic intervention , but experience has shown that it is only the first step in a comprehensive therapeutic intervention . Emotions, beliefs and life situations are the symptoms and the root of the problem lies in the depths of the unconscious. When you are looking for a system that will effectively address your problems you should look for one with a holistic approach.

In my opinion, a therapeutic system that aims to resolve the problem that the patient should have at least three components :

1. Symptoms of compensation

Problem detected through symptoms, which are the immediate and painful manifestation of the problem. The symptoms can be unpleasant bodily sensations (pain, cramping , sweating , palpitations ) , negative emotions ( guilt, fear , sadness , anger ) and negative thoughts. After working in most of the symptoms therapist thinks that the intervention is over, but this is only the first step.

Two . Because work on

After the symptoms are cleared we are willing to work on the case . The cause is usually a toxic relationship with a family member or a traumatic experience. When we identify and clear the cause of our problem , we address the integration of the missing part of our psyche / character that was removed when the problem originates .

For example, a person might say : "From the moment my girlfriend left me , my heart is broken and can not fall in love. " Here we can see clearly that the missing part is the part that can fall in love. After we find the missing part , we integrate ourselves again . And now , your unconscious , automatically running against now works automatically! This is the most important part of any therapeutic intervention , but unfortunately , many therapists do not understand this part of their work.

Three . lesson

The problem is still there to teach us something . After you have identified the symptoms and worked on the case , it's time to see what the problem wanted to teach .

So now that you have the criteria for effective therapeutic approach invite you to find a system that includes these elements into an integrated whole , or maybe you could take the challenge and design your own !
